Due to the nature of government contracting and the customized scope of our work, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Custom Orders and Services

All products, services, and consulting engagements are tailored specifically for our clients’ needs and/or contracts. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable once a purchase order, service agreement, or contract has been signed, and work has commenced.

2. Quote Requests and Pre-Sale Consultations

Quote requests and consultations prior to engagement are provided to ensure transparency and client satisfaction. We encourage all clients to fully review the scope and specifications before authorizing payment or contract execution.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested prior to the start of any service or delivery of products. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and approved by Mack’s Reliable Solutions, LLC. Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative or restocking fees depending on the stage of fulfillment.

4. Product Returns (if applicable)

If your project involves physical products and you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery. We will review the case and, if applicable, provide instructions for return or replacement. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.

5. Exceptions

Refunds or partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Mack’s Reliable Solutions, LLC in extraordinary circumstances. Any such decisions will be made in writing and documented accordingly.
